TAG Heuer’s to name its first Smartwatch: Carrera Wearable 01

Tag Heuer CEO Jean-Claude Biver has name dropped the company's forthcoming Android Wear smartwatch to Wareable during an exclusive interview, referring to the device as the Tag Heuer Carrera Wearable 01.
As part of a wider feature on the differences between Intel Inside and Swiss Made, the CEO told us:
"There is no other choice for Tag Heuer than to have all its DNA, all its watchmaking emotion and flair into the connected watch. Somehow, one should not see from a certain distance the difference between a Carrera Heuer 01 and a Carrera Wearable 01."
The Tag Heuer Carrera - Heuer 01 (pictured above) was officially revealed at Baselworld 2015 back in March; let's hope the Carrera Wearable 01 follows some of the design cues as it's a stunning looking watch.

Upgradeable components

The Tag Heuer Carrera Wearable 01 could be the first upgradeable Android Wear device. Earlier this year we spoke to UK communications manager Alexandra King, who explained that a key focus for Tag would be the lifespan of the product.
"The watch will change the technology as it develops, Jean-Claude Biver was clear about that," she told us. "We want to be able to change the technology but keep the watch elements.
"If your child completed their Masters degree, you might want to give them a watch. We want to create something that will stay on your watch for a lifetime, that's what Tag Heuer does. And as the technology changes, it will change."
Biver recently revealed that its first smartwatch, built together with Google and Intel, will go on sale in October or November 2015 for $1,400.

WhatsApp Calling is expected soon for Windows Phone

Whats app call feature rolled out on Android & Ios some time back but windows users are still waiting for this feature, but wait for windows users is going to end soon as we came to know form sources that WhatsApp is quietly testing the WhatsApp Calling feature for the Microsoft Windows Phone platform. Android and iOS users have been using this feature for a couple of months now.
Windows Phone owners should look out for the WhatsApp Calling enabled through the WhatsApp version 2.12.238 beta build. There is no word on when the feature will be rolled out to all Windows Phone users.
Microsoft really has to up its game in order to compete with iOS and Android ecosystems entirely. Instagram for Windows Phone devices was launched about a year and a half ago and it is still in beta stage. Even with WhatsApp, the company was in troubled water over a battery gulping bug.
With beta testing of voice calls underway, soon Windows Phone owners can also join others.
